ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The annual general meeting of the Queenscliff Football Netball Club Incorporated will be held on Wednesday 26th October 2022 at 6.00 pm in the Committee Room, Monahan Centre Queenscliff.The annual general meeting of the Queenscliff Football Netball Club Incorporated will be held on Wednesday 26th October 2022 at 6.00 pm in the Committee Room, Monahan Centre Queenscliff.

Business to be conducted:
a. Confirm the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting held on 22nd October 2021.
b. Receive and consider the 2022 Annual Report.
c. Receive and consider the financial statements of the Club for the year ended 30 September 2022.
d. To elect the members of the Committee for the 2022 – 23 year.
e. To confirm or vary the costs of the various 2023 annual membership fees.
f. To consider any other business for which notice has been given in accordance with the Club Rules.

Only financial members of the Club over the age of 18 years in attendance (or holding a valid proxy under the Rules of the Club) are eligible to vote on any item of business.

NOMINATION FOR COMMITTEE OF QUEENSCLIFF FOOTBALL NETBALL CLUB INC.
In accordance with the Club’s Rules, nominations are called for the following known vacant 2023 Committee positions:
i. President
ii. Secretary
iii. Treasurer
iv. Football Director

In addition, members can nominate to fill any position on the committee. Where there are two or more nominations for the same position, a vote will be taken at the AGM.
Members of the Club may nominate him or herself OR with the member’s consent be nominated by another member.

Nominations prior to the AGM are encouraged and members can receive a copy of position descriptions from the Club Secretary.

Members wishing to nominate for a position prior to the AGM can do so by notice to the Club Secretary via PO Box 88, Queenscliff 3225 or email to qcliffcoutas@gmail.com by the 12th of October 2022.
