That we will, tried their hardest and gave it their all. Ww have got this boys. 😊

Over the past two Sundays, several of our QFNC coaches, coordinators, committee members, and players took part in a Mental Health First Aid course. This important initiative has empowered them with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to support mental health and well-being within our club.

We are incredibly proud of and grateful to these members for their commitment to creating a safer, more supportive environment for everyone at QFNC.
A special thank you to Marcus Seecamp for facilitating the course and leading such valuable discussions.

Together, we’re building a stronger, more connected club—on and off the field.
